Shipping Policy

Holiday Season Shipping:

During the months of November and December, you may experience shipping delays due to the holidays, influx of orders, and shipping carriers needing additional time to get your package to you. 

Rest assured, our team is working around the clock to ensure we package and process your orders as quickly as possible!

Tracking Products:

Once the product leaves our warehouse, we ask that you please contact the shipping provider for updates regarding shipping and delivery. All orders ship from Canada so tracking through USPS will not update until the package has cleared customs. 

Domestic Shipments:

Domestic shipments can take up to 5-10 business days to be delivered. If you haven’t received your package or your order is showing delivered, please follow the provided steps:

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the package to be delivered after the tracking has shown delivered. Shipping carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered but will not deliver it until a later timeframe. If the package still has not arrived after the 5th business day, please reach out blackcatsboba@gmail.com, as our customer service team can further assist you.
  • If your package is deemed lost in transit or can not be located, please contact us via email at blackcatsboba@gmail.com and we can further assist you.

**Please note, we are not responsible for stolen packages.

International shipments:

International shipments can take up to 30-45 business days to be delivered.

We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the Canada. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.

If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy.

DO YOU SHIP TO AN APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESS?

Yes; however, transit times may take up to 30-45 business days.

Incorrect Address:

Once an order is processed for shipment, we are unable to adjust the shipping address. We recommend reaching out to the respective shipping carrier or USPS, to redirect your package or have it held at a location near you.
