At Black Cats Boba, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality tapioca pearls. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Conditions for Return:

• The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
• Return request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Process for Return:

• Contact our customer service team at blackcatsboba@gmail.com to initiate a return.
• Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment.
• Upon receipt of the returned product, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exceptions:

• Custom orders or bulk purchases are not eligible for return or refund.
• Products that have been opened or damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return or refund.
